Cookouts are a great opportunity to try some different options, like chilled red wines with seafood and rich chocolate and coffee porters for dessert. Fruity, crisp and light wines go great with grilled pork poultry and beef. Come join us as we explore different pairings; you might find a new beverage to try at your next event!

4 wine or microbrews
Heavy appetizers with cheese/fruit pairings
1 docked cocktail hour following by 2 hour cruise on our Fantasy yacht!
Cocktail hour from 6:00- 7:00 pm.
We sail from 7:00 pm- 9:00 pm.
