Join us on the eve of the Summer Solstice for a wine-lovers trip to Greece right here in the Bull City! On Wednesday, June 20th at 6:30pm Parizade will host our monthly wine dinner with a spotlight on wines from the Monemvasia Winery of the Peloponnese Islands of Greece. The Monvemvasia winery centers it’s mission around the revival of the Malvasia wine in it’s birthplace and seeks to build on the unique traditions surrounding the origins of this wine dating back to the 12th century in Greece!
Each of the 5 bottles will be perfectly paired with some delectable Parizade flavors curated by Executive Chef Jason Lawless. We will be joined, and guided through our journey by our dear friend and Freedom Beverage Sales Representative, Miranda Parker. Check out the full 5-course food & wine pairings below! First Course Amuse Trio:
Watermelon & Feta Salad

Fourth Course
Whole Roasted Lamb, served family style with traditional Greek accompaniments

Tunisian Orange Cake, vibrant flavors of fresh oranges & almond soaked in a citrus honey syrup
