"Bliss Dinner at the Bar"
An intimate pairing of 4 great courses and 4 great wines. Our own Wine Consultant, Drew Tschappat, will be hosting an interactive conversation on how each wine brings out the flavor of the food, right at the bar.
Only 14 bar seats are available! Tickets are $45.

Menu:
First Course - Persian cucumbers, heirloom cherry tomatoes and broccoli sprouts on a bed of arugula and truffle infused olive oil. Paired with Dry Rosé - Hermann J Wiemer 2017
Second Course - Asparagus and crimini mushroom lasagna in a bechamel gruyere cheese sauce. Paired with Michael Gindl - 'Little Buteo' Grüner Veltliner 2015
Third Course - Grilled swordfish with Mediterranean quinoa and citrus gremolata. Paired with Sulauze – ‘Super Modeste’ Pétillant Naturel
Fourth Course - Blood orange cheesecake. Paired with Chateau Manos – Cadillac Sémillon
