Dive into the wide world of cheese with an introductory tasting course. With the help of plenty of cheese, we will cover the basics of the cheese-making process and various styles from fresh to blue. We will also discuss the best ways to shop for and store cheese.

Taught by Rosie Shestak, ACS CCP, a cheesemonger from DeLaurenti Specialty Food and Wine.
