Chef Thomas Op't Holt teams up with the Prisoner Wine Company for a "defiantly different" 5 course wine pairing dinner. Op't Holt's cuisine will be  masterfully matched with The Snitch, Blindfold, Cuttings, The Prisoner, and Thorn. 

With a bold vision, Winemaker Chrissy Wittmann is remaking the rules. Alongside their family of growers, The Prisoner winemaking team pushes boundaries as they craft their selection of unexpected, yet artful wines.
