Do you know what a NEIPA is? How about a Gose?
If you asked for either of these beers in a pub just 2 years ago, chances are your server wouldn't have had a clue what you were talking about ... but for very different reasons. The NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale) has really only been introduced and developed as a beer style within the last couple of years. Whereas the Gose, although dating back to the 16th century as a beer style, all but disappeared in the 20th century ... only to have a recent resurgence in popularity.
Join us at The Beer Vault on June 15th, sample a dozen delicious beers ... and let noted beer educator, historian and columnist, David Nuttall, take you on a journey through some very new and very old beer styles that are proving to be today’s popular “go-to” brews.
