Clear,Pale pink color with bluish reflections. The aroma is highly expressive: spicy notes combined with many small red fruits (blackcurrants, redcurrants, wild strawberries) and Peach Melba, with citrus notes at the finish. Mouth feel is crisp, initially mineral, and then avidly fruity. The finish majors on delicacy and slight minerality."
Wolffer Summer in a Bottle Rosé 2017 $24.99
Shinny light coper in color. Floral aromas fill the glass: beautiful dried wild flower, apple and pear. The mouth-feel is fruit driven with lovely acidity and good minerality for balance. The wine is ripe but fresh and has a classic saline quality. The finish is long and playful with fruit and chalk notes.

The 2016 Pinot noir, Villages Cuvée has robust sweet spice aromas withlovely black cherry, smoky berry and dark rose notes. Juicy and pungent flavors of dark cherry, wild strawberry, allspice, cinnamon with a touch of smoke fill your mouth. Beautifully balanced with soft tannins and fresh acidity, the finish slowly fades into supple dried fruit and spices. Still young now the wine will fill out through the winter and into the spring.
