First course: Spring Salad and Gravlox – Blue Moon Acres Organic Mezza Mache, Beet & Citrus Cured Gravlax, Golden Beet Chips, Local Cherry Belle Radish, Rye Panko & Mustard Cream paired with 2016 Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course: Pork & Beans – Pork Tenderloin with Braised Great Northern White Beans, Porchetta Lardons, Carrot Verjus & Fired Polenta Batons paired with 2014 Chardonnay
