Tim Pearson, the British owner (with his wife Vaughan) of Seven Springs Vineyard, to talk about his business life and to present five wines from his beautiful estate in Overberg, South Africa.

Tim started Goldcrest Cleaning Ltd in October 1993 in Warwick “from my dining room”.

Twenty six years later, Goldcrest cleans over 150 sites every week across the English Midlands, including major tourist attractions such as Warwick Castle, Hatton Country World, and Compton Verney Art Gallery.

Today, Tim and Vaughan spend most of their time managing and promoting Seven Springs Vineyard, which produces a small range of premium red and white wines.

Tim and Vaughan set their sights on owning a South African vineyard back in 2005 and their range is the result of all their passion and enthusiasm for the country and its wines.
