Mingle with the area’s hottest chefs on Sunday, May 27, as Slow Food Glades to Coast hosts a Slow Brunch to honor Nancy Roe of Green Cay Farm for her outstanding contribution to the community as a farmer, mentor and a founding Slow Food Glades to Coast Board member.
The brunch will take place on Sunday, May 27 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. and will highlight Green Cay Farm’s fresh produce, along with fresh produce from Kai Kai and Swank Farm. Cost for the brunch is $30 for person.
An after party will take place at Devour Brewing, following the brunch from 2-4 p.m. For those who are non-beer drinkers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Participating chefs/sponsors include Jeremy & Cindy Bearman from Oceano Kitchen, JT Thomas and Dan Orlando from 32 East, Buccan, Rick Mace from Cafe Boulud, Daniel Ramos from Red Splendor Bone Broth + Sausage, Manlee Siu from Eau Palm Beach, The Breakers, Anson Mills, Oceana Coffee, Swank Farm, Kai Kai Farm, Heritage Hen and Slow Food Gold & Treasure Coast.
Space is limited. This event will take place — rain or shine.
Directions to Green Cay:

Slow Food Glades to Coast is a 501(c)3 and is part of the worldwide Slow Food organization which promotes good, clean, and fairly produced food. Covering Broward and most of Palm Beach County, SFGC hosts many events throughout the year such as farm tours, restaurant visits, and tastings.
