Flavors of the Heart raises awareness about healthy eating. Local chefs join this event to sample heart-healthy recipes that are delicious and healthy for your heart! This event also raises funds to support the American Heart Association's Teens Cook with Heart local program. Teens Cook with Heart teaches culinary students how to cook healthy, it plants the seed to our next generation of chefs to develop healthy recipes to improve health and reduce the obesity epidemic in the US
