Muscat is probably one of the oldest grape variety on earth; some say it was THE original grape... it first conqueered the Mediterranean, spreading from Greece to Rome, from Rome to Sourthern France, Spain, Africa and the New World. Intensely perfumed, it is made in dry, sweet, sparkling, fortified wines... and sprit!  The purpose of this workshop is to (re)-discover the quality and diversity of Muscat-based wines & spirit.  The tasting will include the following:
