In celebration of summer and its bounty, guests are invited to a series of Food & Wine Experiences showcasing the season’s freshest offerings. Executive Chef Brian Sundeen presents three al fresco dinners where he features specialties of the season, complemented by handcrafted cocktails and distinctive wines. Each dinner is family style dining centered on an outdoor kitchen providing Chef Sundeen the opportunity to engage and interact with guests as he prepares the culinary delights of the evening. Enjoy delicacies including a raw bar with oysters on the half shell, followed by cedar plank salmon, clams and mussels, and lamb chorizo. Accompaniments included bruleed figs, a foraged mushrooms medley, smoked charcoal potatoes, and cream braised fennel.
