Cost: $150 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity

In celebration of summer and its bounty, guests are invited to a series of Food & Wine Experiences showcasing the season’s freshest offerings. Executive Chef Brian Sundeen presents three al fresco dinners where he features specialties of the season, complemented by handcrafted cocktails and distinctive wines. Each dinner is family style dining centered on an outdoor kitchen providing Chef Sundeen the opportunity to engage and interact with guests as he prepares the culinary delights of the evening.  For reservations please call Resort Services at 949.240.2000.

Summertime is all about savory barbecue and the evening’s delectable menu highlights seasonal favorites including grilled oysters, shrimp kabobs, smoked bone-in beef ribs, confit chicken wings, pork belly baked beans, grilled corn on the cob and charred asparagus.
