Burlington Wine & Food Festival offers another night of food and wine debauchery! Sometimes the stars are aligned just right: we had the lucky opportunity to secure one of only 147 Master Sommeliers in the country for a night of incredible wines and Chinese cuisine as only “A Single Pebble” can offer. Mr. Robert Jones, MS, will be pairing wines with an array of delectable dishes prepared by Chef Charles Clarke.
Come eat, drink and learn why certain wines work with certain cuisines, and why some don’t...learn wine pairing from someone who has put his time in. Robert is #46 of the 147 in the country, and that's saying something. And not only is Robert extremely skilled, he's also a damn nice guy!
