Once again, Resolute has found a truly wonderful gem in the wine world and is bringing them to SF for a one-night-only affair
On Wednesday May 23rd, we'll be pouring the following wines from Giornata (all single vineyards from Paso Robles) - tastes of all three for $20 (as is tradition, bottle discounts will be available for your favorites in the flight).
The reluctant beauty of Giornata takes everything you think you know about the Paso Robles region (the hottest coastal sub-AVA in California) and turns it on it's head. This is elegant winemaking, done in an old world fashion, with insane attention to detail and ultimately out-frickin-standing wines.
Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi will be pouring and signing bottles on Wednesday, May 23rd from 6pm-9pm. These two are insanely charming, have an incredible story and are all-round phenomenal people.
