Bubbly wines come in all styles, colors and flavors. While there are some huge proponents of this style of wine, there are some wine lovers who just don’t get it. Whether you love them, like them or are on the fence, this sparkling wine class will be very eye-opening. There are so many layers to peel back in understanding these wines: the history, the dryness and sweetness levels, the countries that produce them and the occasions that are ideal for these wines.
Certified sommelier and wine educator, Charles Springfield, will be the class instructor. Charles has been teaching wine classes in New York City for the last seven years.
