It seems like people are drinking rose all day these days. Yes, it’s fun to drink and the color pretty to regard. But rose has a lot of complexity — from the way it is produced (traditionally and non-traditionally) to the varying colors that are achieved through vilification practices. Certified sommelier and wine educator, Charles Springfield, will be the class instructor. Charles has been teaching wine classes in New York City for the last seven years.
