Wine and food to help animals!
Catskill Animal Sanctuary Chefs Linda Soper-Kolton & Sara Boan are making small plate/tapas style dishes to be paired with our wine and gives you an opportunity to learn more about pairing wine beyond the usual suspects.
The ticket price helps fund care for the animals at the sanctuary, a 148-acre refuge in New York's Hudson Valley for eleven species of farmed animals rescued from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment. Over 4,000 animals have been rescued since 2001. Between 250 and 350 residents call the Sanctuary home at any given time.
