Ivar’s Salmon House’s annual wine dinner is back, and this year Copper River Salmon is the feature. Join the Salmon House for a multi-course dinner with Copper River salmon and special pairings of Oregon pinots from the award-winning and one of Willamette Valley’s premier, established wineries, Ponzi Vineyards in Sherwood, OR. Executive Chef James Somerville will present the menu featuring the celebrated return of Copper River Salmon. President, Director of Marketing and Co-Owner of Ponzi Vineyards, Anna Maria Ponzi, will present the pairings and share her knowledge about Pinots as well as the winery’s designation as Live Certified Sustainable, the world’s highest standard for sustainable viticulture and enology.
