You’re invited to join Ivar’s Mukilteo Landing for its spring wine dinner featuring Lobo Hills wine. Enjoy a five-course food “tour” presented by Chef Tim Tocatlian. The menu will feature Pan Seared Scallops, Grilled Salmon, Pork Belly Tortellini, Seared Rare Petit Filet with Foie Gras and Sponge Cake. Co-owner/Winemaker Tony Dollar has hand-selected the pairings for each course with Lobo Hills wines. It will be a night of decadent dining along with interacting with Tony himself as he shares his insights about Lobo Hills varietals. Reservations are required.
