2nd course:
AHI TUNA POKE BOWL
Forbidden black rice, guacamole, cucumbers, seaweed salad, crispy lotus chips, edamame

FUNKY BUDDHA FLORIDIAN (hefeweizen) 5.2 % abv
Our unfiltered and refreshing German-style wheat beer is full on flavor yet light on the palate.
Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves,
while all the wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of a golden Florida sunset.
3rd course:
KAHLUA STICKY RIBS AND PULLED PORK SLIDERS

FUNKY BUDDHA HUKI IDOL (double IPA with passionfruit, lime juice, and mint) 8% abv
Bust out your favorite tiki mug and make an offering to the Huki Idol. This juicy, double IPA is brewed with real passionfruit and lime juices, then dry-hopped with lush Mosaic hops and fresh mint. The result is a godlike grog that packs a wallop of tropical flavor. 'Okole maluna!
4th course:
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

even for the briefest of moments. This rich, creamy porter is layered with coconut and freshly-roasted coffee for a taste that recalls a winter wonderland - even if that's just a state of mind
