Get ready to exercise your palate at this Somm School Social Meet Up. Find out what structure means when we talk about wine and how to taste it.
Led by Certified Sommelier and International Culinary Center’s Associate Wine Director, Rachel Lintott, we’ll taste through wines selected to showcase structural differences key to success in: describing wine, blind tasting, food and wine pairings, and determining which wines you (or a friend) will most likely enjoy.
