Michael Franz presents France’s Finest Whites: Alsace, Burgundy, & the Loire

2 hours • $85

France’s well-deserved reputation as the world’s premier wine producing country rests mostly on bubbly from Champagne and reds from Bordeaux and Burgundy, but a less well-known fact is that France is also the world’s leading producer of white table wines.  This tasting class focuses on the country’s three top regions, featuring the most famous wines such as Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace, Puligny-Montrachet from Burgundy and Savennières from the Loire, but also including a few more affordable, under-the-radar standouts.
