Tired of the same dining experiences?  Ready to try something new and unique this Father's Day?

The International Wine & Spirits Guild culinary team along with Guild Wine Master, Claude Robbins, have something unique planned and would love to share it with you!

We are going to celebrate the food of Ancient Rome along with the syles of wine that were consumed during that time. This is a 7 course dinner paired to wine!

This may turn into a Toga Party - that depends on how adventurous you are feeling!  Ancient Roman attire is not mandatory but helps turn this event into a party! So get creative! We will discuss the history of food, customs of the time, and you will get to experience the rituals associated with a attending a dinner during this period in history!  Sound like fun?

There will be delicious things to eat like, Oysters, Rabbit (raised 50 miles from Denver), Wild Boar, Ancient Roman Bread, the food the Gladiators ate before going to battle, and a steamed pudding-like pistachio Nut Tart to name a few.

Don't miss this one-of-a-kind Father's Day Celebration!
