Several times a year our culinary staff along with our Guild Wine Master, Claude Robbins create a unique dining experience based on a theme! This spring we are celebrating the cuisine of Alsace and Austria.
This dinner is open to the public and is held in our new National Headquarter teaching facility in Winery Row in the Sunnyside Neighborhood.
This is a 4-course dinner paired to wines from several different countries! The pairings will be presented by Claude Robbins with an explaination of why he chose the particular wines to go with each course.

Course 3: Vension Sausage with Demi-Glace over Wilted Red Cabbage and Onions
Course4: Traditional Apple Tarte with Creme Fraiche
