The Princeton (NJ) Chapter of the American Wine Society (AWS) will be showcasing a tasting of Autralian Red and White wines on Saturday, April 28, at 5:30 p.m. Same will be at a private home in Princeton Junction.
As the mission of the AWS is "Appreciation of Wine through Education" we will be learning about the different grapes grown, the various growing regions, and pairing of these wines with food. Seating is available but limited. Cost including all food and wine is $25.
The American Wine Society is the largest consumer based organization in the world with over 8,000 members and 200 chapters. An invitation to the AWS is extended to all with the only requirement that you have a passion for wine. Open to everyone from novice to full cellars, restauranteurs, foodies, home and commercial wine makers, etc.
