Pine Ridge Chardonnay “Dijon Clones” 2014 - The wine exhibits a rounded mouthfeel with refreshing acidity, opening with bright flavors of pineapple juice, sweet candied lemon and creamy lemon curd, leading into hints of white nectarine, yellow pear and vanilla bean that linger through the clean and lasting finish. This supple Chardonnay (100%) would pair wonderfully with a variety of seafood dishes and will also delight alongside poultry or vegetarian dishes.
Groth Cabernet Sauvignon “Oakville” 2013 - Deep dark plum red in color, this 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon shows rich aromas of cassis, ripe dark cherries, black currants, cedar, and a hint of bay leaf. The mouthfeel is youthful and exuberant with bright acidity and bold tannins, a round oak sweetness, fruit flavors of plum and blackberry, and an intriguing savory note. The massive structure results in a remarkably long rich finish…this Cabernet Sauvignon will be right at home with a big juicy cheeseburger too.” Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 20%
Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon “Estate” 2014 - This wine delivers everything we are looking for from a great vintage. The color is an inky purple hue and the wine has aromas of coffee, blueberry, and toast. The palate is rich and complex, full of flavors of plum, boysenberry, and cocoa. The texture is lush, silky and full with well structured tannins that are approachable now or will cellar well for decades. 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3.5% Merlot, 3.5% Cabernet Franc
