Winemakers of Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur are organizing a press conference on "How sustainable can a glass of Bordeaux wine be?"
Bordeaux has been committed to sustainability and innovation to reduce environmental impact over the last 20 years, with 60% of their vineyards under sustainable agriculture as of 2017. The intention of Planet Bordeaux winemakers is to provide the best quality of wine while also prioritizing the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, fossil fuel, pesticides and water consumption.
Press conference will be immediatly followed by A Goldmine of Planet Bordeaux Wines tasting & dinner with Sommelier Michael Madrigale.
