Curated by some of the best chefs in the Pacific Northwest, the event brings together artfully crafted small plates and international wines to deliver a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Desserts, fresh seafood specialties, handmade cheeses and other delicate dishes will be expertly paired with dozens of wine options. Seminars from a master sommelier and more tastings will also be offered, including samplings of champagne, sparkling wine, Italian wine, French wine and Riesling.
Proceeds from the event will directly fund programming at the Squaxin Island Museum, Library & Research Center – a nearby facility that provides cultural and educational opportunities for tribal members and visitors. Community support helps sustain language classes, youth programs and educational recreations. Tickets for the event start at $65 and are available here. A resort package including overnight accommodations and two event tickets is available for $225.
“Waves of Perfection” is the latest example of several community outreach programs orchestrated this spring by Little Creek. Their Salish Cliffs Golf Club, named to Golfweek’s “Best Courses You Can Play in Washington,” will host their 17th Annual Museum, Library & Research Center tournament on June 4.
