The Shores Restaurant, has announced its exciting new Mother’s Day Brunch menu designed by Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Percy Oani. Located along the sands of La Jolla Shores with views that extend from La Jolla Cove to the Scripps Pier, the restaurant specializes in local, seasonal ingredients – and offers families an ideal location to celebrate special occasions and treat Mom to an unforgettable meal on her special day.
The Shores’ weekly Sunday à la carte brunch will be replaced for Mother’s Day with an incredible buffet featuring menu highlights that include:
Appetizers: Farmer’s Market Panzanella Salad, Drake Goat Cheese Spinach Salad, Dill Cured Salmon Gravlax
Main Courses: Vanilla Bean Ricotta Blintz, Macadamia Crusted Steelhead, Maple Mustard Glazed Bone-In Ham
Children’s Station: Spaghetti Marinara with Meatballs, BBQ Chicken Tenders, Sweet Potato Tater Tot
Desserts: Butterscotch Banana Cream Pie, Candied Almond Tosca, S’mores Bread Pudding
