Cognettes Muscadet   Melon de BourgogneCrisp White Sevre et Maine  Loire, Fr, Y, Lean and minerally with citrus notes and the sea, nice heft with a crisp finish  

Smoked Bluefish Pate on ToastsFrom Boston, a well-made fish pate, great with crackers or on toast.

Uriondo Xakolina, Ondarrabi Zuri, Mune Mahatsa, Txori MahatsaCrisp White, Basque country, Spain, Y, Complex minerality with lovely freshness. "Fresh green apples and citric notes. The flavors on the palate are refreshing and almost salty." This light and crisp wine is bottled with residual carbon to give it its signature natural spritz.         

Idiazabel

Raw sheep’s milk from the Basque area of Spain.  Smoky, rich and nutty with a slight sheepy flavor.

 

Pigoudet "Premiere",Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, and SyrahRose, Aix, Provence, France, 2017, Y, Expressive, floral, fruity and fresh: white peach, leechy and citrus ; Good balance between acidity and fruity aromas: citrus, peach, hints of melon and white fruits.

Montinore Estate, Pinot NoirSmooth Red, Willamette, OR, Y, Nice spicy earthy fruity fragrances, which continue in the mouth with integrated tannins; pretty     

Montamoré This Wisconsin cow’s milk cheese was inspired by Parm; however, it has a brighter, cleaner, less salty taste.  

Gracciano Vino Nobile Riserva, Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), MerlotSmooth Red, Tuscany, Italy, Y, This wine has deep red and black berry flavors with hints of blueberries and violets and a touch of vanilla. The finish is long and the berry flavors carry over to the aftertaste. Better than others at about half the price. 

Rigatoni Pasta Bolognese

Also made by Guilio and Carol, this is a classic Italian meat-lovers favorite.  

Mas de Gourgonnier   Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault, Carignan, MourvèdreSmooth Red, Provence, Fr, Y, Earthy red fruit with spicy notes and hints of plum, both bouquet and flavors with a hint of barnyard, fresh and easy drinking with silky tannins        

Okina Sheep Espelette Biscuit

A wonderful combination of sheep’s milk, butter, and Espelette in a cracker.

Florio Dry Marsala, Catarratto, Inzolia, and GrilloAperitif, Marsala, Sicily, Italy, Bouquet: Hints of raisins and vanilla. Taste: Dry, full, harmonic and fervent.     

Pecorino Toscano

Semi-hard cheese produced in Tuscany.  Nutty and flavorful with overtones of wild herbs.
