Naoussa, Italy is a beautiful small town in northern Greece with an immense history. Once the home of Aristotle, Naoussa is now the preeminent source for Xinomavro, a grape variety indigenous to the region. These are wines to accompany food -- they evolve beautifully in the cellar, and are virtually interchangeable with Nebbiolo (think Barolo and Barbaresco) but with much more reasonable prices.
Winemakers and representatives from Diamantakos, Foundi, Vaeni, and Elinos will be present to talk about the wines and the city itself. We hope you can join us!
