Our May Wine Dinner will celebrate the wines and foods of France in Vive Le France!  Five wines, five courses.  $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations can be made by calling 860-567-4900 by Sunday, May 7, 2018.

Menu:

First Course:  Seared Scallop Topped with Crab Meat, Orange Buerre Blanc and Pistachios and Paired with chateau gaillard, Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Loire Valley 2014, France

Second Course: Poached Salmon with Sauteed Spinach and Bernaise Sauce Paired with Maison Gilles Noblet, Macon-fuisse, France, 2015

Third Course: Duck Confit and Leeks in Puff Pastry with Porcini Mushroom Sauce Paired with Nicolas barreyre Bordeaux Superior, France 2011

Fourth Course:  Beef Bourguignon with Herb Roasted Potatoes Paired with Andre Brunel Cuvee Sabrine cotes du Rhone Villages 2012

Fifth Course:  Rhubarb Apple Crepes with Lemon Honey Almond Sauce Paired with AIX Rose
