Learn the tricks of the wine tasting trade and fine-tune your ability to taste the individual qualities in a wine from Jorge Tinoco, Sommelier from The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards. On Sunday, April 29 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Charles R Tasting Room and Cellar, Jorge will walk you through a tasting of Charles R wines, exploring the four criteria of deductive wine tasting: appearance, nose, palate and conclusion, where you mentally separate aromas, flavors and tastes to reveal the hidden identity of a wine. Come wine down your weekend with friends in the Livermore Valley Wine Country and refine your wine tasting palate.
