Join Chef Roger Hazzard from Bon Vino’s Bistro and Bakery in the kitchen at Desert Wind Winery. You’ll work in teams to create a fresh spring pesto menu. Learn new culinary skills while sipping on delicious Desert Wind wines and finish the evening enjoying your creations with a family style dinner.
