Triibe Irish Liqueur
Triibe, a clear Celtic cream liqueur with hints of chocolate, vanilla and caramel, made with Irish malt whisky, charcoal filtered for smoothness and clarity and infused with honey.
Lagavulin Scotch
Wine Enthusiast 90 points - TOP 100 SPIRITS OF 2017 - Look for a straw hue and unmistakably peaty, smoky scent. On the palate, fruity sweetness leads at first, quickly morphing into a billow of pungent peat smoke. Quite drying, and finishes fiery. Water tamps down the alcohol heat and brings more orchard fruit forward. Released in 2016 to honor Alfred Barnard, considered to be the first whiskey writer, as part of the 200th anniversary of Lagavulin. (Dec 2017)
Oban Scotch
Wine Enthusiast 91 points - Look for pleasant sweetness and spice up front, as the nose offers a complex mix of oak, maple sugar, fresh apple, clove, black pepper and cinnamon. The flavors dry to a spicy midpalate before exiting on a long, concentrated maple-like note. (Dec 2015)
