Wild & Foraged Wine Dinner With The Good Seed Food Company

We’ve teamed up with The Good Seed Food Company for a Wild & Foraged Wine Dinner!

We’ll open up the evening with a glass of bubbles and hors d’oeuvre, followed by four courses of wine and deliciously paired dishes featuring wild and foraged ingredients.

1st Course
Lamb Chop & Grits with creole sauce.
2012 Syrah | Red | Blackberry, cassis, black pepper, and wood | Syrah | Temecula

2nd Course
Paella with clams, mussels, shrimp, Andouille sausage, caper berries, backyard basil served over saffron rice.
2015 The Kraken | Sparkling Sour Red | Red plum, sour cherry, blackberry, and bell pepper | Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah | Pauma Valley

3rd Course
Artichoke steamed in mushroom tea with a cayenne and wild sage aioli.

4th Course
Dessert Charcuterie Board: sweet potato crackers, dried cherries, pecans, house made beet jerky, bleu cheese with charred honey .
