Sipping rose wine is truly one of life's more enjoyable passtimes.  Popular in Europe for a long time, Roses have taken North America by storm in recent years.  Finally!  Often mistaken as sweet "girly wine", rose is finding it's way into the glasses of the most macho of men who understand how absolutely refreshing and food friendly it can be.  From the palest of pale pink, to bright candy pink to downright orange, we will explore roses from around the globe. You will discover ways it is made, that most are dry, some can be sweeter but all burst with juicy, fruity deliciousness as well as what foods to pair with these pink treats.

We've invited some of our favourite reps to come in and pour their Rose wines for you to taste.  It's different from our regular sit down tastings, and we hope you'll join us.  We have reduced the cost for this class and all money collected from registrations will be donated to Edmonton Food Bank.
