Effervescence wraps up on Saturday night with a festive Champagne Gala Dinner, Paulée-style, where attendees bring and share their most treasured bottles of Champagne and sparkling wine. Leading Champagne expert Richard Juhlin will be guiding us through the evening as our distinguished MC. The Champagne Gala Dinner will feature the cuisine of Walter Manzke, and guests of the gala can expect a thoughtfully created meal prepared by Chef and his acclaimed team.
