Cost: $45 plus a $15 Wines fee paid to the wine instructor the night of the class
Please join us for the very special event where Chef Drew will prepare lovely cuisine carefully paired with the great & diverse wines from the Loire Valley. Taste Muscadet, Vouvray, Sancerre & a Red Chinon, and more. Poisson Almondine, Cucumber & Creme Fraiche Salad, Ham n’ Leeks, and as always great house-baked goods a stellar dessert. Ecole Dijon is an intimate Food & Wine experience held in the chef’s Holladay cottage. Wine education provided by Wasatch Academy of Wine.
