On Wednesday, April 18 Local 360 Café & Bar is teaming up with winemaker Serge Laville from Spring Valley Vineyard in Walla Walla for a gorgeous wine dinner with a local, sustainable tasting menu at Local 360’s Chef’s Table.
Alongside Chef Scott Emerick, Serge will share his wine knowledge and passion for winemaking. Spring Valley Vineyard specializes in single varietals of Cabernet Francs and Syrahs that will pair excellently with Chef Scott’s locally sourced spring menu.
Dinner will start at 6 p.m. and is priced at $95 per person (includes wine pairings). Reservations are limited and required to attend.
