Enjoy four courses of perfectly paired gourmet dishes with fine wines from the Robert Mondavi winery in Napa Valley, California. Each course will feature a different wine matched to flavors of each dish. Guests may enjoy unlimited pourings, starting with a cheese Crudité in the oceanfront rum room.
Expert chef Garfield will introduce each dish and explain the culinary journey to prepare it, followed by expert sommelier explanation of the fermentation of the wine.
