Please join us for our second wine brunch, featuring Pinot, three ways!

 

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Orange County pop-up location, Salt Creek Wine Co. in Laguna Niguel, for an afternoon of acclaimed wines.  New for 2018, we're adding a slightly different dinning option! Instead of the usual Thursday evening, we'll be offering a second event each month on a Sunday (either a brunch of a dinner)! With a bit less wine, food, time commitment and cost, we think this may be just the event for some of our customers! The reduction is the only change, you'll still have the same great pairing experience and wine conversation as with all of our eventsWe'll be pouring 3 wines from Willamette Valley's Duck Pond Winery. Heidi Daniels will be joining us from the winery to present these exceptional wines and chat about the versatile Pinot grape. We'll be featuring the Pinot grape in all 3 forms, white, pink and red! Chef Erin will be pairing each of the 3 wines with their own brunch course.

Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired brunch course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinning and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous afternoon of wine, food & educational insights!

Brioche Strata with Sicilian Chicken Sausage, Gruyere, Sauteed Leek and Artichoke Topped with Chef Erin's Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam on Olive Oil + Parmesan Dressed Arugula + Spinach

Herb Roasted Minced Pork Loin and Mornay Sauce Filled Savory Crepe on Cream Cheese and Chive Mashed Red Skins Topped with Tart Cherry + Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce and Fresh Chive
