All day long meet the winemakers, chefs, craftsmen, owners, families and residents that make up local businesses. Amador Four Fires provides a chance to engage in conversations, meet the “artists” and find out why so many have “discovered” this intimate and authentic corner of the Sierra Foothills.
Amador Four Fires celebrates the four distinctive wine regions that inspire Amador winemakers and winegrowers: Southern France, Italy, Iberia, and Heritage California. “Explore” each of these regions through our interpretation of the food and wine representative of these distinguished regions of the world. Enjoy world-class Amador wine along side food pairings all cooked over open flame.
