Hillinger is located in Jois, Austria, in the Burgenland, DAC. While Burgenland is renowned for its reds, Hillinger has vineyards in the sub-DAC "Leithaberg," a terroir that gives both Pinot Blanc and Blaufrankisch unique expression. Michael Hoeffken, winemake at Hillinger, will guide us through sparkling, whites and reds. Light food will be served with some of the wines.
