Come join the BCAE’s own “blade runner”, Lars Liebisch, for a class covering all you need to know to get on the road toward great knife skills. You’ll learn about selection, care and maintenance, proper technique and more. You’ll even get hands-on preparing a delicious dish or two so you can show-off your new skills.
