personal favourite of Bibo......Spain. One of the world's most fascinating vinous countries, producing some of the most exciting wines to be found anywhere in the world, driven by pioneering winemakers and a unity of modern and traditional winemaking methods. This is a tasting not to be missed! We will begin our evening with a glass of Spain's finest fizz and then explore the white wines of Rueda and Riax Baixas, moving onto the wild Spanish region of Bierzo to taste the local red variety, Mencia. Our evening wouldn't be complete without a nod to Rioja and Ribera del Duero. We will end our tasting in the glorious Jerez in Andalucia, with it's unique style and traditions.
This tasting will show the huge range of styles and incredible value and quality that Spain has to offer. Having travelled the wine regions of Spain extensively, there will be some lovely anecdotes and stories to be told along the way to really bring the wines to life.
