Pinot Noir is one of the oldest varieties grown and is a unique and very special variety owing to its amazing ability to speak of a place and reflect its surroundings. Grown in many regions around the world and capable of producing some of the world's greatest wines, including Champagne. We will begin our tasting in Pinot Noir's homeland of Burgundy and then make our way across Europe to Germany before we venture into the New World to explore the different styles of this wonderful grape from the Antipodes and North and South America.
If you enjoy red wine or would simply like to discover how place and climate impact style and taste then this is set to be a fascinating and delicious evening.
