Cost: $1 CAD per taste, and the same for the pralines and two marshmallows.
This is the weekend we join in with 12 Sugarbush operations, several other wineries and some restaurants in the County to celebrate the maple syrup harvest and the coming of spring
We will be serving mulled Gewurztraminer with ginger and mulled Chardonnay with cardammom and pineapple, both sweetened with light local maple syrup. As taste companions we will be serving maple almond pralines and maple marshmallows made from scratch and ready for roasting on an open fire.
Open from 11am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday
